We are a family owned and run business that supply, operate and maintain a variety of amusement machines, including Fruit machines, Club machines, Pool tables and Jukeboxes.
We supply to all sorts of venues including: bars, pubs, clubs, sports clubhouses, community centres and other entertainment establishments.
Having any machines from us installed is a great way to get extra revenue for your business as well as possibly draw in new customers to your venue.
We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and cover the surrounding area including sites in Gloucester, Lechlade, Chipping Norton, Cheltenham, Reading, Oxford, Newbury and Marlborough to name a few.
Fruit & Club Machines
We have a wide variety of machines for both pub and club gambling license categories ranging from new digital machines such as the Blueprint King of Games and the Reflex Game master machines to the older, reel style machines so we will have a machine to suit your clientele.
Fruit machines and club machines are a great way to earn extra income for your venue by having one you can open up new revenue streams.
We offer our machines both on a rental agreement and a revenue sharing scheme which is our most popular option as it is a no risk way to have a machine in your establishment - someone from our team does a collection on the machine and what is in it is split between us and you.

Pool Tables
What could be more English than a pool table set within a traditional British Pub? Available in a range of styleFruit Machine Suppliers and covered in an array of cloths and colours, a pool table can quickly become a revenue earning focal point. A well kept pool table that is regularly groomed (vacuuming and brushing) with a good supply of chalk and cues will please regulars and encourage new players.
We offer a huge range of pool tables from traditional to modern and standard league size with a variety of wood and baize colours, we even include short tables just 6 feet long for rooms where space is limited
Pool tables are another product we offer, both on a rent or a collection agreement. Additionally with us we provide the Cues, Chalks and Balls within our service as well as we can arrange for a re cloth on your pool table should it get worn down
Jukeboxes & Sound Systems
What better way to liven up an atmosphere and get a place buzzing than with a Juke Box supplied by Austin Leisure!
The Juke Box can be tailored to your specific requirements - whether it is a remote digital unit, wall mounted or floor standing, we can advise you of the best solution for your environment and custom. We will also supply music according to your customer's taste and then keep you up-to-date, ensuring maximum music sales for you.
The latest digital boxes have every top 40 track from 1952 pre-programmed and for example, Sound Leisure's Venue-Hub, has access to an additional 7 million tracks!
Juke boxes can be profiled to play preferred genres of music and can even allow (or block) certain types of music to be accessed and played at specific times - The aim is to provide the types of music your customers want to hear and are happy to pay to hear it.
If a Juke Box isn't right for you, we can install a complete background music installation to your requirements - This would consist of either wall mounted or ceiling recessed speakers, all wired back to a distribution amplifier where you can set the volume to different zones througout as required (ie. bar, restaurant, foyer etc)

MGD Agent
At Austin Leisure we are proud to be able to act as MGD agents to our sites free of charge, which means that we can help handle the machines games duty on any AWP, SWP and Club machines you have from us, for more information please read the next page or give us a call if you have any questions.
Engineer Callouts
We pride ourselves on our service to our customers and being a local business we have engineers local to the areas we supply and aim to offer same day resolution to any breakdowns of machines that we supply, every day, all year (not including Christmas day).
If a machine we supply develops a problem such as a jammed note - simply ring us and our office will send an engineer your way or if it out of office hours then simply leave a message and one of our engineers will be notified.
Revenue Share Agreement
All of our products are available on a revenue share agreement which offers much less risk to a site as whatever is in the machine is shared between us and you when a member of our collection team visits to collect the machine
This means there is no anxiety over "will the machine make the rent" and also means when it does well you still do well.
Machine Change-Overs
We want your machines to do well and we recognise that sometimes it can be a matching game to find the right machine for your clientele which is why we monitor the collections and can arrange for you to try a new machine should the takings drop, you fancy a change or possibly your clients want a change of games
Machine Games Duty, Licensing and the Law
Ensuring you have the right licence and / or permit for the equipment and your premises is vital. The licensing process can be quite confusing and often frustrating at times. To ensure that all our customers are correctly licenced we will gladly advise you of your requirements and in many cases, can apply for the licence on your behalf!
Austin Leisure are fully licensed and hold a Section 27 Gaming Licence, issued by the Gambling Commission, so we are happy to help you with all queries about all types of Coin operated equipment and what best suits your venue etc.
We are also registered as 'Agents' for the new MGD (Machine Games Duty), so after you have registered, you can appoint us as your 'Agent' for all MGD matters. As a service to our customers, we will, if you wish, carry out your MGD registration for you, act as agents and complete all your quarterly returns, collect and pay over the MGD on your behalf - very few machine operators will offer this service - we do and it's all FREE OF CHARGE!
Machine Games Duty (MGD), is a tax on gaming machines which was introduced on the 1st February 2013 and replaced Amusement Machine Licence Duty (AMLD) and the payment of Output VAT on machines takings.
It is payable on the net takings of any machine having the facility to pay out a cash prize 'greater than the cost to play'. This includes gaming machines of all categories except category B3A machines and also includes quiz machines that pay out cash prize
Please note - You (or us) will need to apply for MGD registration before we can install any machines (AWP's or SWP's)
Registration is very straightforward and can be done ‘on-line’ - If you have any problems, we can help talk you through the registration process (or even do it for you!)

Other references, for example National Insurance Number (NINO), Unique Trader Reference (UTR) or VAT Registration Number (VRN) where appropriate
Once HMRC has accepted and processed your application, you'll be placed on the MGD register, and receive your MGD registration number. You'll be able to view it online and a copy will be sent to you in the post.
Once you have registered, you can (if you wish), appoint us as your ‘agent’ for your MGD affairs, but you have to register first and then appoint us. From then on, we can submit your returns and make the necessary payments on your behalf.
